Over the past 25 years, we have designed and installed the fire protection and plumbing systems for such challenging high profile projects at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place Hotel, the McCormick Place South and West Building Expansions, the Grand Concourse, Sherman Plaza, the Elysian Hotel and Residences, 111 South Wacker and 155 North Wacker. Built under a fixed price contract, all work was designed and built within budget and on schedule.
Other notable projects include the Ralph H. Metcalf Federal Building, the John Hancock Building, and the Bismarck and Marriot Hotel renovations. At Great Lakes, our aim is to be Chicago's first choice in design/build!
